    Stayed in pranav hotel in munnar in kerala on 27/28august 2017. Great place; excellent facilities clean rooms with clean bathrooms. Hot water for 24 hours. Wifi facility and exotic views of mountains. Ideally located near bus stand. Easily accessible to the .city. Owner of the hotel was very cooperative & friendly. Made our stay comfortable. Guided us for sight. seeing. Must stay while in munnar.... More

    Best nights sleep, very friendly staff, fast WiFi in all rooms

    Currently staying here, Feb 2017, its very quiet and peaceful, I sleep so well! All rooms have cable TV. The manager is so helpful!! it's very very clean, great en suite bathroom (hot water every morning..or just ask the manager when you want it). Close to the bus station and tourist information and 30 rupees in a tuk tuk to the main part of town (which is noisy at night) Beautiful views of the sunset in the west facing rooms. Superb WiFi, very fast and reliable. Close to some great restaurants! The only downside is if other guests are noisy in the stairwell you can hear them...but that's not the hotel's fault. We stumbled on the 4 seasons, great find at a great budget price!! Definitely recommend!... More

    Comfortable place to stay while in Munnar

    We stumbled across this place as the suggestions in Lonely Planet guidebook were all full - however we weren't disappointed with what we got. The price was reasonable and the rooms were big enough and clean, in a nice quiet location. Plus the manager arranged a good tour of Munnar for us to do as we only had one full day, this was by tuktuk and our driver was really lovely - it's a good way to see lots of things if you are short on time. All in all, a decent place to stay - and handily located right near a bus stop. Also, just down the road there is a little cafe that did the best chai I have ever had in India!... More

    Very nice and new property for stay. Good option for stay with group if you manage to get best view rooms. The only point to be taken care is hotel is not with restaurant, they are managing with outside resources if we ask for food.... More

The property is within 13 km from the popular attractions like the Attukal Waterfall, the Rose Garden and the Mattupetty Dam.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
