    Just ok for basics

    Stayed here for 2 nights with family. Took a 2 bhk that can accommodate 4 adults and a child. The amenities available are just basic. All 3 ACs had only 1 remote, 1 remote for 2 TVs. The extra beds didn't come with any blankets and had to be asked for. The kitchen had a microwave but not utensils. Breakfast is served but with only basic items and you will have to ask for it, though complimentary. Guess for the money you pay, it is about what you get. ... More

    Good Location - but basic stuff

    Stayed couple of times in Oct & Nov'14. This one had a single bedroom apartment with hall & kitchen - in that sense it is good for a family to stay in private, compared to other serviced apartments with multiple rooms within same apartment. Basic rooms with average maintenance. Can do with better maintenance. Breakfast is included - but demand for it - will be sourced from nearby restaurant. Good location, close to Ashok Nagar, West Mambalam areas. Found the quoted cost expensive though.... More

    Due to shortage of time asked one of my friend to book a hotel near to Chennai airport and he landed me in this one. This is no hotel but serviced apartments. Rooms although very big were not clean, full of mosquitoes, and with absolutely very poor room service. Had to call twice or thrice for one small service. On the same price one can stay in a 4 star property with complementary breakfast. Language problem was a big issue with the staff. Almost all hotel in this price range provide complimentary breakfast, tea kettle, and at least 2 bottles of mineral water. But they charged for each and every thing. Even their brochure mentioned free breakfast but when I called they denied stating reason that their restaurant is not functional, when all the while I can see bell boys taking food down to other rooms. I can only guess that I being from north got cheated. At the time of check in they told my friend that they will arrange a cab for me at the time of check out to avoid any language issues with roadside cabbies, while checking out I was told that I can go and look myself on the main street on a walking distance.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
