    If you ever want to avoid a place in the world - this is it. I have tried hard to give it two stars is because the staff is friendly and tries hard to please. But the property per se is the worst maintained. Paint falling off the walls, seepage on the walls, dirt on the blinds, mosquitoes, torn and stained sheets....I can go on and on. Avoid it like the plague! DO NOT GO THERE !! ... More

    Disappointing stay in a badly maintained villa

    My friends and I stayed at 6 degrees north in our recent visit to Goa. We were very disappointed with the place and did not meet our expectation to what was advertised. The bedspreads and pillow covers were filthy. The wifi was non functional. There were several power failures. The outdoor area was full of mosquitoes. The pool was dirty and we had to request them several time to clean the pool to use it. The attendants who lived in the complex communicated poorly and lacked knowledge of the ammenities.... More

    The hotel is good, rooms are spacious, clean and comfy...service is not upto d mark...you have to ask for everything, many a times even for small things they were not cooperative,there was only one old guy who was doing all the arrangements and room service all others were good for nothing, the manager was not available so for everything we had to call him, the food was horrible, no taste, very less quantity and prices are rocket high, the cook was not able to make even simplest of things...overall a good place to stay minus food and service...     Hotel location is perfect,silent peaceful place. staff is good and helpful especially the caretaker .food is awesome, rooms are spacious and clean. You can choose the restro and order what ever you like. The complimentary breakfast you get hot hot....and you can get in your room or you can have from the pool side by enjoying music. Really a great hotel for couples or family.we can blindly suggest for your family or friends... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
